Same status, even today i speak with Consulate General's PA, she said she will check and PCC department will reach out to you. Hope they will print mine too.

I have also same status, I contacted them and PCC consul replied "They did not received Police clearance from India". I was under impression when status is updated as "Police Verification Report is clear.PCC is available for issuance.", means it's ready print. Is anyone experienced the same?

I think faster option is, put your passport address and ask your friends to get police verification clear from the same local police station. Otherwise you have to go with either Aadhar address change or passport address change. Try if you have your voter ID card with your parent address.

I also had the same issue, my passport has a Canadian address. When I applied, I submitted the LOE, stating, for Indian address proof please refer to the attached Aadhar card copy for me and my father. But in this case, your parent Aadhar card address and your Aadhar card address should be matched.
