Welcome to the September group :) NDVO usually sends you email requesting for passport and other documents you missed out in your initial package. I noticed that you get PPR within three to four weeks from the date you file was transferred to NDVO.

i had the photocopy of my documents which i submitted i just went through them once i checked that my email is wrong even though i have already mentioned my husbands id there but they send the ppr to principal applicant only so i missed it . still confused what to do ndvo doesn't entertain...

This is how it looks in your express entry profile until you receive ITA: As far as I know, there will be no message for PPR in GCkey account, it's just an email that can be easily missed. Not sure about re-medical requests and ADR's.

There is no defined timeline. PPRs are issued in batches so you just need to wait it out. Make sure you have not missed the email (sometimes it ends up in Spam). You should call IRCC once and cross-check with them.

Were they able to extend your PPR and issue the immigration visa?

Thank you, Checking the spam folder regularly. Don't think I missed any email. I am in no hurry, but just wanted to see if there is anyone else is the same situation. From what I read in the forums I never came across someone not getting a PPR after the ghost update.

No need to worry.. Just check that you have not missed the mail.. Also you can call them once and check..
