Can you supply the email addresses via which cpc-m and visa office communicated with you? I want to basically add those email domains in my email clients safe sender's list to prevent any cic communication going into my junk mail and getting missed by me. Thanks.

No you don't. Unless it has changed in the last weeks you don't see any change in your CIC account after PPR. There are quite a few cases where the applicant was only aware of PPR in GCMS as he missed the email (or did not receive or went to spam or else).

You mean COPR? Same here, my COPR issue date is also 20th Mar 2020 and has since expired. Now waiting.

I never heard IRCC giving calls to applicants. They always send any communication through email. Still you can call CIC and confirm.

My last update was on November 10th, bg status changes to in progress. Nothing after that. I checked with the cic agent if I missed the ppr email, he confirmed that they haven’t sent any as final decision is still pending. My main concern is why my application is in Etobicoke office instead of...

Called CIC again. They said they have sent an email to CPCO to send the PPR again on 15th June and so even if the 30 days deadline has been missed for sending the passport, it should be okay. PS: Even the agent sounded helpless that all we can do is wait. Lol ;D

You are right, just go for GCMS notes without any further delay as NDVO usually requests PP within 30-50 days of file transfer.

They probably did not send the ppr email because of covid. You did not miss anything.
