Hey. I am in the same situation. Were you able to get back to Canada with S1 TRV and Work permit or did you apply for another TRV with W1 mentioned on it?

Do embassy reject NIOS straight away ? Even if you apply in SDS ?

Naah dude. Its more like 90-10%. We will get our visa as long as you have applied under SDS just like me. Just contact your college and tell them you may not be able to attend orientation day.

So what do you think ? Will you get visa ? Which university did you applied to ?

I Have already informed them that I might not be able to attend the orientation day and they have no problem. But do embassy have any problem if you don't attend it ?
