    Am here in Canada and luckily found a wonderful employer who is willing to sponsor me. They have filed my LMIA and just waiting for result. If positive, which is most likely positive because they have been advertising since December and couldnt hire anyone..we will apply for a work permit...

    I did not receive a background check note in my email they just refused my application right away. so sad...so i guess one have a better chance if they conduct a background check than none at all.

    I have applied for a TRV and exactly on the 15th day since I submitted my application they sent me the result which is very unfortunate because the result was refused. Now I am reapplying again.
