I am not sure how some people are able to talk to IRCC over phone. I always get the message we can't transfer your call to an agent please try again later and then the call drops

Hey Guys, Got P2 today. P1: August 22 and replied on August 25. P2: September 9.

I received on August 22 and replied on August 25.

That is reason. The answers from them is very inconsistent. One of my friend called and they were able to provide him the information about the Portal Confirmation but not you and me.

How to call them? I have the number but I don't know which option to select one the Phone is picked. I always choose wrong one and get no help.
