I have a specific question regarding the ‘Work Experience’ section. If someone includes a remote tech job and another full-time work experience in Canada, then receives an ITA through a Tech Draw, and their application is being assessed under the CEC pathway, can they remove the remote tech experience from the Work Experience section post-ITA and instead just include it in their personal history without providing supporting documentation? If this change doesn’t affect their CRS score, will Immigration still consider it misrepresentation?

Include a letter of explanation

Exactly what I did to avoid documents redundancy for my PR, cuz I realized that that work experience didn't add any benefit but just extra paperwork. I deleted that experience post-ITA and put that in the Personal History. MAKE SURE IT DOESN'T CHANGE YOUR CRS SCORE

Sure you can and should do that if you don't claim points for that or your eligibility is not dependable on that.

My worry is if it’s feasible to change it especially if it was used for a category based draw and the role was included as your primary NOC.

Hmm if it was used to qualify for category based draw then you DO NOT wanna move it out of work history - cos then you no longer qualify for the draw, unless if your 2nd job also qualifies you for that category draw, only then can u move the other one to personal history.
