Dear
@Miss bee,
I hope this message finds you well.
I've been following this page for quite a while now, and I've found your replies and postings to be incredibly helpful and informative. We all truly appreciate the invaluable assistance you provide by answering our questions.
I am writing to humbly ask for your help and guidance with a specific question I have regarding my immigration process.
Last year, in mid-June, I submitted my non-Express Entry Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) application with SINP. I received my Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) at the end of October, and my case processing office is in Winnipeg. Following the AOR, I received my (PAL) in mid-February.
During this period, specifically in mid-September, I also applied for a work permit extension, supported by an SINP letter. Unfortunately, this initial application was denied in the first week of April, as it was missing the Offer of Employment number and the employer compliance fee. Following this, I promptly resubmitted all the necessary documents, including the restoration fee, the Offer of Employment number, and the employer compliance fee. Due to the refusal of my previous work permit, I am currently out of status, although my Permanent Residence (PR) application remains in process.
More recently, in mid-June of this year, I received a request for additional documents from IRCC for my PR application. These requested documents included IMM5669, IMM5406, IMM5562, employment records, proof of funds, and income proof. I have since submitted all these documents. I do want to mention that I don't have pay stubs for the last two months, but I did provide a new job letter from my employer. Additionally, I submitted a detailed explanation letter outlining my situation regarding the work permit. I was relieved to receive an email last Friday confirming that my documents had been received.
Naturally, I'm feeling quite anxious about what might happen next. I was hoping you might be able to offer some insight into what I should expect. Furthermore, I would be very grateful if you could share whether you have heard of similar cases that had a positive outcome.
Thank you very much,
@Miss bee, for any help or advice you can provide by replying to my query. Your assistance is deeply valued.
Sincerely,
Nav
