Police Certificate from Singapore for citizenship

Does anyone know how to get a police certificate from Singapore aka Certificate of Clearance? I left Singapore closed to 3 years ago and I can't seem to submit a request to apply for a police certificate there anymore. Their online form says that my departure date should be less than 3 months ago.

I have an old police certificate (from 2019) from Singapore that I got when I applied for my Canadian PR but this was "before" I left Singapore.

I'm in the same situation.
I contacted the SPF using https://www.police.gov.sg/feedback and attached a screenshot where COC is required and they sent me a response saying they need authority letter from IRCC.
I called IRCC and the agent asked me to submit the application with explanation letter and proof of communication with SPF CID. The case officer will know the process and they will send us the required letter to submit to COC.

Hmm, that is interesting. I didn't expect them to require your conversation with the Singapore Police in your application request. This requirement from the Singapore Police is mentioned on their website. I was under the impression that the IRCC knows this.

I believe you are correct, the IRCC call agent only suggested it. I'm sure the COs already know the process and advice accordingly.

Not yet, i had submitted my application on 13th May and I haven't received any AOR or anything else from IRCC as of now.

I got my AOR today and IRCC sent a separate email regarding the PCC. i have taken that email and applied for my PCC in Singapore. I believe my citizenship application processing has been started else IRCC won't send me the AOR. Now the next thing is to find out how to upload the PCC after I receive it.
I'll try to poke around when I'm able to create my tracking account.

Thanks for the update, you can submit via the form by adding your UCI and application number.
