Hi Experts,

I have strange problem at hand and need expert advice.

I applied for citizen ship application for my wife on March 9 and received AOR March 26.

I created the Citizenship Application Tracker Account and was able to log on.

I had seen no progress or mail from IRCC so decided to log on to system and check update.

Upon trying to login I could not login and then I tried to reset my password which also failed in spite of giving correct UCI and application ID.

I further tried to check status of application via online tool (Client Application Status (CAS)) even here I was not able to find my application. Looks like I don't exist in system anymore.

Can someone guide what should I do.

I have submitted the webform and waiting for response. Calling the IRCC helpdesk number is futile.

Glad everyone’s thing moved haha. I got the test invite today too.

Got my test marked as "Completed" today.
Tracker is saying "Completed on May, 16" while last update to my application was "Updated: May 20, 2025."
The rest is still under the same "In Progress" state except the Ceremony: "Not Started".
Glad that everyone started getting some updates!

I have a really weird question. I was asked to submit all pages of my passports and the passport is in English so I do not need a translation or affidavit. But, a certain clause in the request is making me worried it says
Passport(s) and travel document(s) stamps that are not in English or French must also be
translated.

Does this mean the stamps to countries that are not English speaking countries need to be translated? Or the fact that the passport is in English is sufficient?

It might sound as a weird suggestion, but did you try to login from the SAME device from where you created your tracker account?
Also make sure you are not connected to a VPN
