i got call from 888-242-8683 and the voice message - like automated says, the immigration tried to contact me multiple times. Than I waited & it connected me to some guy. I just asked who is this and he hung up the call. Is this scam or ircc tried to reach me

I think so.

I checked in afternoon and than later after work ours.

I am sure the updates are not real time, but processed in batch windows
