No need if already a designated employer. Would explore other ways to qualify for PR because with the reduced quotas for AIP the province is primarily focusing on NOCs for things like trade, healthcare and perhaps education so there are limited spots for hospitality and tourism. What was once a fairly easy pathway to PR may not be possible anymore.

So as per the situation right now, will it take a lot of time to get my endorsement or you’re saying it’s not possible. But thanks for the clarification about job posting. Since we don’t need to do the job posting my employer will be applying on Monday.

You may not get an endorsement or it may take a very long time depending on what NOCs are prioritized. I have heard of people having their endorsement rescinded because the reduced quotas have the province prioritizing certain NOCs. Anyone trying to secure PR need to be targeting multiple pathways these days epically if not in a priority occupation. If you were a nurse for example I would be less concerned.
