I have been denied visa twice on the ground of insufficient funds after paying a full tuition of $18,590 for a PGD program and presenting a POF of $28,000CAD. Can someone explain to me please.
So funds were the only reason? What school and program? Is this cash in your personal bank account? Did you justify costs showing higher salary than you have now when you return home? Single?
Funds were the only reason. The fund is in my personal account. I have a business which I run with micro finance bank and the embassy doesn't accept micro finance bank statements of account.

What school and location? Are the funds in a personal or business account? If these are your only savings exhausting them to do a 1 year post grad also doesn’t make sense. Do you have a family? How old are you? For example based on your username you may have been born in 1983. Exhausting all your savings to do a 1 year post grad in Canada in your 40s means you will have no funds to support your life when you return home.
Makes no sense if you have a business so you cannot resign from your job if it is your business. What is the actual program that you must come to Canada for? Did you show just the minimum funds because you need to show that you can not only afford it but support a family too? Also need to justify costs because if you run a business then not really going to expand your business. Seems like a waste of money.
