Never received any related email but logged in to the tracker just now and saw the ghost update:
1.Top right corner is saying "Updated: April 5, 2025".
2.In the "Application history" below "1 new update" that went away after the page was refreshed.
No any changes to the LPP or other fields. Let's see what next week brings.

what is the URL you are using for logging to application status tracker, many of us are not able to access due to some technical error and someone posted that as per IRCC this issue will get resolved by Apr 12, 2025. So eager to know if there is any other alternate way to access application status ?

We’re working to fix this as soon as possible. Try refreshing the page or come back later.

I see that the citizenship processing for all stage of the application from Jan/Feb/March has stopped from the past week or two. No progress at all.

Is it because of the Spring Break or the elections on April 28th?

I have not had until yesterday after checking my latest status. From that moment, it's been showing me the same error as Everyone else sees.

It means your background check is not complete. They are still working on it.

I wanted to know the reason why I have still not received my AOR. Though I still got the request to complete the test as well as take my fingerprints.

I've not been able to contact IRCC as they do not provide any contact information and the Application tracker does not seem to work (so I've not been able to create an account there as well)

Appreciate your views and also if you can provide an email/contact info to get in touch with IRCC that would be helpful! Thanks!

Purpose of AOR is to communicate the Application number; since you have received other communications quoting application number your application is received at IRCC and under processing. Probably email is not triggered successfully OR may be sitting in junk/spam folder in your email.

Mostly IRCC will not missed AOR. if you are using iPhone, check the email's other folders (Ex.. Transaction/Updates/Promotions)

Background check have literally paused. No backgrounds checks updates since 2 weeks. Last one was Mar 24th.

Tracker technical error - actually to stop people from recognizing this ? They have paused processing other than giving out tests at a very slow pace and not validating the results. Giving out AOR at very slow pace. And that's it?
