I submitted it in Feb and got it in March.

Click above and scroll to where you can click agree and continue
From the next page, acknowledge and continue
The next page is where u see application/personal information
You'd see where to acknowledge and then fill the form accordingly
Under "category that best describes you," select "member of the public."
You will be asked, "Are you requesting for yourself?" Select yes.
If you are outside Canada, select "foreign national outside of Canada."
Attach the data page of your passport (compulsory for principal applicant)and / or consent form of dependants (not compulsory).
Some information of dependants may be withheld for privacy reasons if you failed to attach duly signed consent form. (Note that this is not compulsory)
Your gcms note will likely be sent to the email provided within 30 days.

While IRCC appears to be processing Start-up Visa (SUV) applications in their system, I've noticed they haven't been issuing many final decisions lately. This observation comes from forum discussions and the official processing time, which has remained fixed at 40 months for several months now. Applications seem to be moving through preliminary stages, but there's a noticeable absence of final approvals being reported by applicants.
That is true, I believe that there's nothing we can do for now, all we can do is pray for things to work.....

1- ADR about business progress.
2- did IRCC ask for financial activities or Bank accounts in Canada
3- and how did you manage to open a business bank account in Canada meanwhile all of the founders are still outside of Canada.
4- does failure to open business bank account can affect on company’s banking credibility and jeopardize your PR application

ADR about business progress?
Yes, we received an Additional Document Request (ADR) from IRCC about business progress. I think all SUV applicants will get this, as IRCC wants to confirm you’re actively working on the start-up.

No, I don’t think not having a Canadian bank account will directly jeopardize your PR application. Our lawyer, who’s super strict and organized, never said a Canadian account is required. when our main applicant was in Canada briefly, the lawyer advised opening a Canadian account since he was physically there, noting it looks good for credibility but isn’t an issue.
Hi, Im not sure if im in the right thread, any help would be appreciated. I had a temporary residency and applied for a work permit while leaving in Canada. It was aproved and i got my work permit stamped on my pasaport. Do i have to go to the port of entry to activate it?
