Working in a Marketing Agency as a Graphic Designer: Am I eligable to apply for Alberta Tech Pathway?

I work as a Graphic Designer in a Marketing Agency in Edmonton. I was Looking on the list of eligable NAICS for this pathway and saw 5414 Specialized Design Services.
My employee doesnt know their NAICS code. So I was wondering if a marketing agency is under this code?

I looked into this because I’m in a similar position, working in marketing as a designer. Graphic design professionals aren’t currently on Alberta’s official list for the Tech Pathway, so unless your job is coded under one of the accepted NOCs, they probably won’t consider it. You can double-check by reviewing the NOC your job falls under and compare it with what's listed on the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program site.
