Moving out of city and Spousal Sponsorship

If I obtained PR through a PNP and moved to a different province after living there for 1.5 years and worked. But moved out of city , as I couldn’t find job in my professional field .

Would it impact my spousal sponsorship PR application?

No , it won't. As a PR , you are free to live anywhere in Canada.
