WES secondary verification from Gujarat university

I have applied for my WES verification and submitted my degree transcripts through Gujarat university. Now WES is reverifying my documents. It’s been 4 weeks since my WES status is on hold. I can’t get any information on the Gujarat university website as well. Anyone here who has gone through Gujarat university please advise how I can move forward. Currently I am in Dubai. Shall I fly down to India to get this sorted? Please help!!

I believe you need to send someone there in GU on behalf of you with original docs. They will be able to help you with the process. I will ask friend of mine about this and post it here.

My original transcripts are already submitted to WES I don’t have copy of that. Do i have to again get the transcripts done and go with all the original documents?

First thing, talk to WES regarding your application progress and where they stuck. In case anything you have missed ask what and how can it be done from your side.
As per my understanding, when application is submitted to WES, we have to send documents to them. To do, we need to submit transcript request to university and ask them to send it to WES in order to complete verification and evaluation of submitted degree credentials.
Follow up with them, understand status of your application and proceed accordingly. Post here if you need help.
