Error Code -20009 When Answering "Yes" to Military/Police Service Question

Hello,


I am experiencing a problem while filling out the Activities form for my Canadian visa application.


When I select "Yes" for the question:

"Did you serve in any military, militia, civil defence unit, security organization or police force (including non-obligatory service, reserve or voluntary units)?"

I complete all the required details, but I keep getting this error message:

An error occurred while saving the form. Error code: -20009

However, when I select "No", the form saves without any issues.


I have checked multiple times to make sure all fields are completed correctly and only allowed characters are used.


Has anyone experienced this issue before?
Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
