Application of Open Work Permit

Hi everyone,
I really need help
I am really stress.
is there anyone here can give answer to me.
My application of extension of work permit has been refused and my consultant applied a restoration to have status here in canada,
my permanent residency is on process.
My employer gave me a compliance letter after the refusal but my consultant applied open work permit even though i have compliance fee from company.
Can anyone know what permit she should apply?
is it open work permit or closed work permit?

If your PNP nomination is based on a job offer then closed, and you have compliance letter. What is your status in Canada now? When did permit expire? You cannot work if restoring status.

I’m under restoration status now and not working.
But before we apply restoration and before my company paid compliance fee, my consultant already submitted the application of extension last year.
My work permit just expired February 20 and consultant applied restoration under open work permit but then my employer gave us the Application number of compliance fee last Feb 28,
So she attached the compliance fee along with my restoration application in open work permit
Do you think OWP is just okay to apply?

If your PNP nomination is based on a job offer then closed, and you have compliance letter. What is your status in Canada now? When did permit expire? You cannot work if restoring status.

So you want a closed work permit with compliance fee. Why would you be eligible for an OWP as your nomination is based on job offer with JAL. Your employer paid the compliance fee. So you cannot work until work permit is approved.
