The application will be assessed based on her profile and not yours. You can provide a bank statement and an invitation letter. The rest is unnecessary and may do more harm than good.

What evidence of ties will she be providing? Can she show any proof of funds at all? Does she have previous travel to counties requiring visas?

Really appreciate you taking the time to read the post and respond - We have the ties and and previous travel part covered.

On the IRCC visit visa application portal it shows 2 options for proof of funds, one is if the person will be funding their own trip and the second option is if someone else will be providing the funds for you. It asks to provide one or more of the following

• proof of a Canadian bank account in the name of the person providing you with money if funds have been transferred to Canada
• proof of a student or education loan from a financial institution

• bank statements for the past 4 months
• a bank draft in convertible currency
• proof of payment of tuition and accommodation fees
• a letter from the person or institution providing you with money
• proof of a student's education loan from a financial institution
• proof of funding paid from within Canada if you have a scholarship or are in a Canadian-funded educational program

My situation is only eligible for the 3 options here. I was wondering if I provide just the letter providing them with the money along with the support provided above if that would be sufficient for the financial aspect of their trip.

It's much better if she can show at least some funds of her own. The chances of approval will be reduced if all of the funds are on your end and she cannot show anything. Having said that, if she cannot show funds, include your bank statement and you might as well include the NOA too, along with an invitation letter. And then hope for the best.

Typically IRCC wants to see the visitor provide proof of funds although some exceptions are made primarily for parents.
