If my client can offer job offer by himself of atleast 4 months is that okay?
Client can give job offer and must be eligible. Client will show that needs care and can afford a full time, long term caregiver. The client is offering you a permanent job not a 4 month contract. So ask client to set up business registration number for payroll.

I mean if my client give an offer letter she is working since 4 months and want to continue for longer terms period as a caregiver . As for business registration number i have to ask the client but till my payroll is from the health company then

You need 6 months of experience to apply. Working for 4 months for client can be added but not the deciding factor. The deciding factors are client having the funds/income to have a full time caregiver as you would only be working for that client. Client has to apply and set up a business to hire you under payroll.

I want to prepare to apply for the Live-in Caregiver Program. Can you tell me what kind of caregiver training credential that I need? Is there a list of accepted credentials? I need to start on this right now and don't want to wait until March 31 when the program opens. Thanks

IRCC hasn’t posted any accepted credentials. Do you have experience or education along with your eligible job offer.

With your job offer and meet all other requirements then you may be eligible. Remember for the last pilot that processing was 3 years.

I and my husband are licensed home child care providers and work as cold care providers from our personal home where parents leave their children Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm. And we have 6 months of experience now. We do this jointly and share all our work duties and responsibilities. We both have signed independent contracts(like offer letter) when we got licensed under our organization. But for payment to be credited we gave my husband’s account details as it is a joint account and he is primary account holder and I am secondary account holder with full access to the funds. Since we do jointly only one person name is printed on pay stubs which is my husband’s name and T4 is also on his name. My employer gave me reference letter to justify that we both work jointly and share our responsibilities equally. Would IRCC accept my file for home child care provider PR application. I have Canadian equivalent masters and CLB 10 in English language test. Any advice please.

Sounds like you are operating a home daycare through something like a non-profit who is paying you which is not normally the same thing as being a home caregiver. You are also not working according to the Canadian government your partner is. If you were both legally working you would receive 2 payments as salaries into your joint account and you both would both receive T4s.

Short answer is no.

You were not paid (did not receive a T4 in your name) so IRCC will not accept this as work experience.

Hi,

I have one question related to "Training requirement" (not work experience)

IRCC website says:
You must have received a credential for a relevant training of at least 6 months, within or outside Canada. The training must: be targeted towards the following National Occupational Classifications (NOCs) HCWIP: Child Care Home child care providers (NOC 44100) Early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 42202). This does not include early childhood educators, day care teachers and supervisors.

Here is my question. Does it (the last sentence) exclude the education as well?
If I completed a college program of "Early childhood educators" (i.e. 2 years Seneca ECE program), can I be eligible for this new immigration program (HCWIP)? Again, the college diploma is for training requirement instead of work experience requirement which I do not have 6 months experience yet.

Thank you so much.
