They primarily asked how I got my job offer, and I answered honestly. I said that when I found out about the IT pilot program in November 2023, I decided to apply. However, since a job offer from a Quebec employer was required, I reached out to a friend who works in Montreal, and he helped me secure a position.
They asked how he helped me, and I explained that he is the head of a department in that company and has the authority to recruit people for his team, so he offered me the job.
They also asked about my relationship with him, and I said he’s a friend from my hometown.
Finally, they asked if he received any benefit from me in return. I said definitely not — people from our country are very supportive of each other especially in foreign countries. It's normal for us to help one another, including with job opportunities, even if we’re not that close . It's part of our tradition and nothing unusual.
Now that I’m not sure why they revoked my CSQ approval, I might consider finding a lawyer and explore the possibility of filing a lawsuit against MIFI.

How was your CSQ approved before the interview? This doesn't make sense

I don’t know why they asked me for an interview after my CSQ was already approved — if you want to figure it out, you’d have to ask MIFI about that.
Also, I’m not the only one who has encountered this issue. You can see someone else in a similar situation here:

I also completed my interview yesterday via Zoom. It's uncommon to have an interview after CSQ approval, but fortunately, I passed. However, they informed me that I was lucky because, according to their current internal guidelines, I might still remain in the waiting pool. They explained that priority is currently given to applicants who are already working in Québec. For overseas applicants, the likelihood of receiving approval at this stage is lower unless they possess exceptional qualifications or have a legitimate employment offer from a well-established company, and the company must have a valid reason to hire someone from overseas rather than from the local labour market.

They also expressed their expectation to see my contribution to Québec. They emphasized that if I receive an invitation for a work visa under the IMP+ program, it's my obligation to apply for it, promptly move to Québec, and integrate into the local job market. Failure to do so may result in the revocation of my CSQ, and they could notify IRCC to suspend my PR application.

They reminded me to begin learning French as soon as possible, since I had signed an agreement promising to learn it. I must demonstrate a certain level of French proficiency in the future if requested. If I fail to provide proof of language skills upon request, they reserve the right to revoke my PR status due to non-compliance with the agreement.

Assume there is likely concern that they could have hired a local candidate but your friend offered you the job when you inquired about needing to secure a job offer. There is no shortage of IT workers looking for work so unless you possess rare skills then appears you have received preferential hiring.
