Hello, I received a positive decision on my grandmother's visitor visa application! However, I'm now unsure which VAC office to submit her passport to. Her situation is a bit complex:

She holds an Indian passport.
She currently resides in Italy with a temporary certificate.
She is presently in Germany for an extended stay.

Could you please advise on the appropriate VAC office for her to submit her passport? I appreciate your guidance!

after visa approval you can submit passport in vsf in any country .dosnt matter if she has indian passport and is not in india. My nephew is pakistani and he was in usa he got approval . So he sent passpprt in los anglas usa. And got visa stamped passport back. He applied from pakistan
