Hello everyone,

My grandmother, an Indian passport holder, is currently residing in Italy with a Family Stay Permit. She plans to visit Germany tomorrow, and we were wondering if she can complete her biometrics there instead of in Italy.

The only VFS center in Italy is located in Rome, which is quite far from her temporary residence. Any guidance on whether she can complete the process in Germany would be greatly appreciated.

She holds an Indian passport.
She currently resides in Italy with a temporary certificate.
She is presently in Germany for an extended stay.

Could you please advise on the appropriate VAC office for her to submit her passport? I appreciate your guidance!

She can mail it to any office.
