Hi all, i am on pgwp and i am in Canada working for a Canadian employer full time above 30 hour on weekends only. However my query is if i start working for an employer outside of Canada during weekdays but remotely from inside Canada now. Can i claim this experience a year later as a foreign work experience on express entry? Please help.

Can only claim up to 30 hours so if you don’t count Canadian experience then sure.

You can work both jobs. You don't have to stop working either job. But you can only claim points for one.

So if you are on visitor records residing inside Canada and work for foreign employer getting paid in foreign country and have tax documents, can you claims points for foreign work experience under CEC or FSW?

If a visitor then foreign work experience. How long did you work in Canada as a visitor? Does the company have Canadian offices, clients/customers, staff?

So the foreign company have no canadain staff or clients or any sort of business here.
I had my 1st visitor records approved aug 22, 2024 and expired in jan 22, 2025 and applied for new visitor records on same date. I'm working for foreign employer since Sept 2024 (after 1st visitor approval)
I did not mention this foreign work experience in my 2nd visitor records Application but I'm planning to raise a webform and mention it because I thought I only have to mention canadain work (which i am not working which i mention as N/A in visitor record application).

1. I'm planning to go back to my country (where my this foreign employee is for whom I'm working remotely). Can I claim points for it this sept 2025 as FWE 1year?

So you have worked more than 6 months so you may be a resident for tax purposes so get a good immigration accountant. You cannot work for so long in Canada as a visitor. So if you file taxes, you may be able to claim it.

No file taxes in Canada since you have worked in Canada for more than 6 months as a visitor. You need a good accountant to explain Canadian tax laws.

You can raise a webform for working too long in Canada. You may be able claim it but may need to file taxes in Canada, and explain why you are working in Canada for so long without a permit or filing taxes.
