My work permit expired on Feb 27 and since then I started working for a company in India (currently present in Canada). The company has allowed me to work in Canada until I come back to India.
I have applied only for visitor record not the restoration and explained that I am waiting for ITA and if if does not come till the last day of visitor record (if they approve my visitor record) then I will leave Canada on the last day of visitor record.
So my question is as I am in the 90 day period of restoration I cannot work in Canada as PGWP has expired, can I claim the work I am doing for Indian company as a Foreign Work Experience ?

It's confusing to understand your situation. Did you apply for the visitor record before or after your work permit expired?
I applied it before my work permit expired.You can continue working in Canada for the Indian company.
