Hi - any update when you received? My passport got received at IRCC office on 4th March and no updates till now.

Application submitted: 1st February, 2025
Biometrics - used previous biometric ie. Valid till 2032
Biometric completed: 13th, Feb 2025
Eligibility completed: 17th, Feb 2025
Application approved: 18th February
Send passport to VFS: 22nd February
Passport received by IRCC Delhi on: Feb 25th, 2025
Tracker updated with validity until passport expiry i.e. 2031
Waiting for passport-----

It is frustrating - just the stamping of counterfoil is taking such a long time

I applied for my parents’ vistor visas on Feb 5. Biometric was done on Feb 27th. BG & Eligibilty check is still in progress. In the latest update it says: Final decision - March 18, 2025: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Apart from that there is no update. Is it a sign of refusal? Its making me highly anxious.

Waiting since..

My aunt has been to Canada before, which probably was the most important factor for the approval. But for my uncle this is the first time he applied for any visa.
