Your posts were from over a year ago what has happened since then?
Nothing happened because I have issues with my work experience, by visa status was a cleaning worker I Dubai, but my job offer was Caregiver, now I came to my home country in Philippines and working in Serior Care Organization as a Caregiver for last 3 monthes, on the time I was pregnant at that time.
Now want to reapply my work permit and until my work permit approved immigration kept our file on hold. But my Nomination Certificate for PEI has lost validity. I don’t have knowledge about the renewal process. Has anyone gone through this before? Can someone guide me on how to renew it or what steps I should take? Any advice would be appreciated.

Employer have to submit job offer in employer portal and you should include that in your work permit application.
