Lmia work permit has different location than my actual workplace

I am working at Surrey but my closed workpermit says employment location as Vancouver, will that be a problem when applying for PR. All the documents i submitted had the correct information as location surrey and Vancouver was my residential address. my consultant says not a problem. should I be worried or can I get it corrected.

why does your work permit says location in Vancouver? is there any remarks?
does your company having another branch in Surrey and that's where you're working?
I will get it corrected if I were you

no there is no remarks, yes they do have two branches in different parts of surrey. the only conditions are not to work for another employer and not work another job.
