Hi Amen,
Thanks for your feedback, what is ROPR fee? did you receive ADR about your business progress or any questions about business?
RoPR fee = Right of Permanent Residence Fee (The Right of Permanent Residence Fee is paid by permanent resident applicants when their applications are approved. Permanent residence status is not granted until it is paid.
The fee can be paid at the same time as your application fees to help reduce delays during processing. If you don’t pay it up front, IRCC will eventually contact you with instructions on how to pay. If you pay it up front and your application is not approved, it will be refunded ($575).

I was not requested to give update on the status of our business but the Founder and two other members were asked in their ADR.

Guys has anyone gotten any updates after their pre arrival services letter?
I received a notification email subjecting ´Prepare for life in Canada ´ on November 4, after my pre arrival letter on September 17
It was a reminder for pre arrival services

and nothing after that.

Please provide supporting documentation describing business activities and progress since your application for permanent residence was submitted. Please show us what has been achieved and the work that you have accomplished thus far for your intended business in Canada.

Hi Amen, I'm wondered since all founders are located out of Canada what kind of progress or activities they are expecting to have in the business. moreover, what kind of achievement that expected to be accomplished.
so, i would be grateful if all mates who submitted such kind of documents and got accepted to share their own experience and explain
- what kind of activities and progress since your application for permanent residence was submitted
- what are the achieved and the work that you have accomplished for intended business in Canada.
to work on them and prepare.
Thanks

For each group there are founder(s) and investors. Whatever the business (production or services oriented), your company would have to be registered in Canada. Has it been done? Do you guys meet regularly to discuss the progress of your business plan? Virtually or physically? Do you have evidence of this? Has any money been released by your designated organisation for the purpose of your business development? Do you have a functional website for your business? When was it developed and who developed it? Any activity that has been carried out by your team while waiting for IRCC can be documented as the progress report of your business.

I'd like to build on what Bahhyour Amen mentioned. Consider developing a comprehensive company identity ( Brand Book ), including:
- A unique logo that reflects your brand's values and mission
- A consistent font style and typography
- A specific color code palette that resonates with your target audience

Additionally,
- Participating in seminars, workshops, and webinars related to your business
- Networking with potential clients, partners, and influencers in your field
