Please help me the process and timeliness of Refugee Withdrawl

Hi,
I am looking for a person who has successfully with drawn as Refugee and returned back to their home country. Looking for timelines info -
1) After sending refugee with drawl web form over email, how many days it took to get the approval?
2) What form we need to complete and share it to CBSA. Is email enough or need personal visit.
3) After how many raising a request with CBSA you travelled and got passport at airport?
4) Any questions raise at port of entry back at home land?

Thanks in advance who can provide the information.

Sent email on 27-Feb-2025 and recieved call from irb today i.e. 05-Mar-2025. They approved the application and asked me how to send the documents. i preferred in person collection at Montreal office.

Personally went to Montreal IRB office and collected with draw approval letter on Friday, 07-Mar-2025. Asked them how to collect the passport and they suggested to contact CBSA office in Montreal.
Went to CBSA Montreal office and they said my passport is in OTTAWA but they can process for me and get it in Montreal. I requested them that I will check with Ottawa office as I am closely located to Ottawa.

Due to weekend, waiting for Monday.

Normally they will only give you the passport at the airport to ensure you do actually leave.

Here is the update. I went to Ottawa CBSA but they didn't allowed me and asked to contact me at 1-800-461-9999. i dial to them and they said to check the seize form on where your passport is available. It was IRCC. I asked them if I can get the appointment and they said to meet in person. I went to IRCC and they said to go to CBSA.
As this will make circles, I thought better to go to Montreal CBSA where walk-in is allowed, and they accepted my request and willing to transfer my file to Montreal. The officer said it will take a week to get the file and he will call me and I can book the ticket there after.

The key is to get a personal meeting with CBSA officer. Otherwise it will take a long process by online process.

Will update by next week on the next status.

On 15-Mar, I started to Montreal from Bus and luckily I got the call from CBSA officer that my file is received. I visited them on the same day. They said I can book my ticket after 15 days. I booked the ticket for 30-Mar-25 and shared the tickets through email in the office only. They give the itinerary details on which routes I need to book. I have chosen the route accordingly and booked the ticket.
Basically you are not supposed to travel through US, UAE, Europe countries, Hongkong and China. unless you are citizen of that country.

The officer explained me the process -
I need to go to the airport at specific time on the departure date, to meet an officer at which counter number.
Passport will be handed over by airlines officer and he will explain the handover details at departure time

Will keep you posted on the process.

Make sure to inform IRB/IRCC once you have left Canada as well. I would even point out that you are self-deporting so that is recorded as part of your file.

Already withdrawn my application with IRCc, then only CBSA allowed. Also signed the departure agreement copy.
