American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institution is considered for ECA ?

i have done 3 years diploma from American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute in 2006-2009.

AHLEI was started in 1954 , it has affiliation with 164 univeraities and colleges in Canada as well !

does WES/ECA consider this institute for CSR Educational Credentials ?
