I applied for PGWP from outside canada a few months ago. A few days ago, I received a request on my IRCC account to submit my passport as a decision has been made with regards to my application for temporary residence (I already have a TRV, which I received after completion of my 1st program). Nowhere on my IRCC mentions anything about a work permit.
The application status on my IRCC mentions that my application is in progress, however at the bottom, the final decision section mentions that my application was approved, and that I need to send them my passport to finalize my application.
Is this normal? Do i need to contact IRCC? What could be the issue?
