Noticed a mistake in a certified translated document after submission

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I submitted my PR application. But today I noticed that in the translation of my police certificate, there was a mistake in the name of the city and the province (another city and province were mentioned because the translator was using a template and didn't update those fields, she just used the city and the province that was for my wife's document since we submitted both together). I have asked the translator to fix the issue and send me the new document so I can submit it in a web form with an explanation (it will be ready in about 5 days from now).

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Would it be possible for them to reject my application because of this mistake?
And how long after submission IRCC will start reviewing the application (I guess if the new document is added to my profile before that time, it can probably resolve this issue).

Hey I have the exact same issue. She, the translator, made the same mistake with province name on the top of the translation. May I ask what did you do at the end, and how did it go?

Tnx

I just submitted a webform and added the new translated document with explanation and everything went fine. Got my PR on time.
