JR doesn’t mean an automatic approval

There were two JRs for visit one I got the visit visa extension till 2027.

i received a medical request from IRCC on 12 feb after submitted additional documents .Medical report has been submitted by panel physician on 17 feb . what could be the next step now for SOWP application ??

This is for visitor visas. Ask under foreign workers.
