Letter from ICAC from 3/2023

Hi friends,
I know lot of u received this message from ICAC but I'm very worried because from this time nothing happened I didn't receive any thing from them and I don't know when they will contact with me again, I'm afraid because as i see the situation become more hard for refugee in Canada, any one received latter like me before a year from ICAC and what happened with him ?

Hi maybe is because your ICAC letter indicated file review not court hearing. I would like to know what was indicated in your letter

Got a disclosure package- intervention document. Only one file is opening. IRB when called said minister is attending in writing(not in person). Waiting for ircc tech to resolve why other two files with same title are not opening. What are the key points to look for ? Does this mean my hearing is soon ?

You need to speak to your lawyer if minister is getting involved. Impossible to predict that actual issue.

Saw what it was finally. They are contesting the claim. I felt it was very unfair. I'm just wondering if this will bring the hearing date up sooner. I was just settling down looking for lawyers etc financially. Hearing is not scheduled yet- TBD. Regular 3 hour hearing box is ticked. Taskforce for less complex claims box is unticked.

Impossible to know if they are prioritizing your application because of minister intervention.
