File Transferred to VO Etobicoke after Eligibility completed

Guys, my AOR is 17 August 2024
CEC outland
November 4 Eligibility got completed. Everything is completed just security not started since 3 weeks now.
after eligibility my pvo changed to Etobicoke and svo Vancouver
I have called IRCC multiple times but they say security not started.

There is no update. It is still the same.

Got generic ADR for Schedule A, additional family info and travel history on Feb 5. I submitted on Feb 9. However, the officer has not even reviewed my adr. It has been over 2 months since I submitted the ADR. This Etobicoke office is the worst. So frustrating.
