Canadian citizenship took over 17 months and still stuck at LPP. What actions can one take?

Greetings! My citizenship application has stuck at language, physical presence, and prohibition since the end of 2023. I reached out to local MP office. An assistant reached out to IRCC and the answer was that my application was somehow deemed "non routine", and IRCC would not give the MP office a definition of non routine for my case. I have no idea how much longer this might take, what could possibly make my case non routine, and if there is anything I can do to gain visibility into my case.

If you know anyone else who has gone through similar situations, please let me know how they reached a resolution. Many thanks!

I applied for Citizenship in June 2023 and have been waiting. Below is my timeline:

AOR : Aug,2023
Fingerprint Request: Sept, 2023
Knowledge Test: Nov,2023
Fingerprint Expired: Sep, 2023
Resubmitted Fingerprint (Voluntariy - IRCC did not notify me) : Oct,2024
Language, Presence set to Pass : Nov, 2024
Prohibition in Progress: Nov, 2024

I have exhausted all options, but MP was not helpful - said that my application is waiting for security clearance from the country of origin and CSIS is processing Security clearance. I have no criminal record or history anywhere; I live a boring life. I have been outside of India since 2015 and stayed in the US and Canada.
