I was in the profile long time waiting for ITA, our score with my spouse to the profile is 514 and by removing her my score is 530. To get better chance would it be better to remove her from profile?
No ITA, but higher chance without adding my wife to the profile(in canada)

Yes. You can choose spouse non accompanying and provide actual reason that you are doing it because of low cut off score. You will sponsor spouse after getting PR. I did the same and got PR.
