IRCC Webform

Hello everyone,
After submitting my ITA application, I submitted some additional documents through webform.
After submitting the webform, I got an email from IRCC that ”We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is not available in the system yet.”

So, can anybody guide me on what I need to do in this case? Resubmit again or will it be automatically attached to my application?

When was your ITA? And did you get your AOR? Is it under Express Entry?

It's better to call IRCC and confirm over the phone if they have received it or was it an actual error/glitch!

Hi.. Can we add additional documents via webform ? Mine is same timeline as yours.. Is that fine to add documents now after submitting ?

If you feel you missed something, then you should go ahead and submit it via webform!
