Judicial Review (federal court) sent back to RAD

Hi everyone,

Need some input as to what’s the timeframe and if anyone here went through the same process.
we had our judicial review in federal court two months ago, and we were accepted. After the acceptance it goes back to RAD I believe to open up our file again (that’s what lawyer said)..

Question, how long do we have to wait till they open our file again?
Anyone here who went through the same process?
Do they light on you since federal court accepted us?

Hello I’m also going for a judicial Review, I pray mine also will be accepted - so how about your RAD, is everything OK now?
