Hey guys, I’m working about 20hrs and getting t4 and second job about 4-5hrs with a t4a. There some weeks I might exceed 24hrs as I’m on study permit. Will this be an issue while applying pgwp?

In case im not able to take my spouse on sowp, can i apply for visitor visa while both of us are still outside canada??
