Even though the current trend for waiting for P2 is longer than before, that seems too much to me! I would keep trying re-replying and calling again probably, and webform as well. Sometimes whether calling makes a difference depends on which call agent receives your call. Good luck!

As far as I'm aware, many early May applicants already got eCOPR since last December/earlier this year.
If you are asking about the people who recently got portals, the current wait time from P2 to eCOPR is about 2-3 months.
