Even though the current trend for waiting for P2 is longer than before, that seems too much to me! I would keep trying re-replying and calling again probably, and webform as well. Sometimes whether calling makes a difference depends on which call agent receives your call. Good luck!

I'm not saying all of them have received eCOPR, but a good number that I've seen. I'm a late April applicant myself and am waiting for eCOPR as well.

As far as I'm aware, many early May applicants already got eCOPR since last December/earlier this year. If you are asking about the people who recently got portals, the current wait time from P2 to eCOPR is about 2-3 months.

Some people are lucky! I'm waiting from Feb 5 P2 as well. I know a few others with P2 in early January still waiting..

When I got my AIP, the first service Ontario denied me a health card. So I walked into another service Ontario, there was no problem at all. Maybe some people at service Ontario just don't know what they are doing or are racists.

I got p1 on Feb 3, and p2 on Feb 5. Waiting for eCoPR now. Also got FD and COPR number with P1.
