Ahh alright. I just checked ecas by enetering my details. So, "Sponsorship Application" is "Decision Made" and "PR application" is "In Process". Now what does this means exactly ?

There is no such thing like "Sponsorship application". It says "Permanent Resident Application" is "In Process". Also, there is no such date for "In process". It simply says They started processing my application Sept 3rd. That's great that you already received CSQ.
