I really hope the media could shed some light on why there is a massive delay for applicants associated with "JT". It's completely absurd to me that a single person could be the bottleneck of this entire process and it's mind boggling to me as to why there isn't a secondary person/ team to split...

@Dhaka2014 Have you finally received your citizenship certificate yet? Any updates? I'm also in a similar situation, not sure what to do here.
