Ok. We got a bit confused by some of the wording CIC uses. Does it matter which country my wife is from ?

So my wife and I are about 1 day away from sending in our PR application, I'm sponsoring her. We are applying from withing Canada(Yukon). Which office do we send the application to ?

In order to get another one we will have to either A) Travel to Argentina which will be very costly. or B) Travel to the Argentine consulate in Ottawa to get a new criminal record check. I'm thinking we'll submit the application with the old criminal record check, and include a letter stating...

So if we mail it off before it expires, will that be ok ? Or do they go by the date they receive it and acknowledge it ?

If it does expire will they reject the application ?
