I am from India, and scored an overall band of 7.5 in IELTS with least in writing as 6.5. Yes BCIT does have a DLI and it qualifies for pgwp for all the programs it offers,does that imply it falls under SDS category, because i couldn't find any authorised list indicating colleges/institutes...

Can I still apply under SDS category,even if BCIT doesnt fall under the same. Also they demand me fees for first term only and not for the entire year?

Sir/Madam, I have received the offer letter from BCIT,Burnaby and I got to know that BCIT doesnt fall under the SDS category, and hence i wished to confirm that is GIC account mandatory for the students applying visa under non-SDS category Thanking you in advance.
