@b.arvind87 did you ever receive a response for this? I have the same status "Passport Delivered By Hand" for OCI which supposed to be couriered to my home address.

My minor child and I both had Acknowledgment date of 9th Jan, same as yours. Both our OCI's dispatched from MEA on 2nd April. My child's OCI was received at Ottawa on 2nd April itself and delivered to home on 4th April. Mine doesn't have a delivered at Ottawa date and not delivered at home...

Nope, no questions asked. And both my times were at Mumbai airport. These questions are more relevant for foreigners who are not of indian origin.

Not required. I entered on eVisa twice. Didn't ask for ticket and I didn't have it

If mobile number is not linked, you can fill form 8 and update mobile number, change is instantaneous. Once mobile number is linked, you might be able to link EPIC and proceed with form 7

Just the undertaking. I filled form 7 after submitting oci documents, wasn't a problem.

Any Ottawa people who got their OCI approved recently? How long did it take to get the OCI processed? I applied in Dec and date of Acknowledgment is 9th Jan. Wondering how long it's gonna take as Ottawa is the slowest in processing OCI.

Did you try calling the High Commision in Ottawa where the application is being processed because it has been more than 12 weeks. Their OCI enquiry phone number - 613-755-2072

What is wrong with Ottawa? Looks like High Commission doesn't have enough staff but the Consulate General in Toronto does. Toronto is approving applications in just 3 weeks. Is there a place we can lodge a formal complaint? Because this is beyond their regular timeline of 6-8 weeks

Fill in form 8 to update and link phone number. It's online and instantaneous. Once the phone number is linked you can download your EPIC and perform all other operations.

You can fill form 7 for anybody. When you try to fill form 7, it will ask you if it is for yourself or someone else. Click someone else and provide the relevant EPIC number to be cancelled. Please note, there is no provision to upload any documents while submitting form 7. My first form 7...

@amar_scorpio - Any update on this? I am in the same boat. Wife in India with expired PR card. Were you able to apply for OCI successfully with spouse status in Canada?

Yeah. I'm concerned because new covid variant is spreading in India where we currently are. My son has a visitor visa to canada, so if they drag issuing a PPR past mid Jan, I might fly before getting a PPR and inform that the new address is in Canada.
