Quick question, I was on implied status, but i just received my approval for a new work permit, can I travel outside Canada and return without the paper of the new Work Permit? Or do I need to wait to have it im my hands to be able to travel?

In my case the opening was not even from the company that I was hired, it was from sister companie, so my HR explained that the opening is not related to the company that is supporting my application, and they also closed the opening today, now i'm still waiting, my process moved back to DIP.
